Can I track my order? 

Yes.

When will my order be sent out?

Orders take within 1-2 days to be processed, then you will receive an email once your package is on its way! Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed within the next business day. 

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we do accept returns but, only under the following conditions:

  • Return items within 30 days. Any items being returned after 30 days will not be accepted. 

  • Sale Purchases are final. No refunds. 

  • We do not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

*Make sure the package is sent to the right address otherwise you run the risk of a lost package. 

What happens next?

We refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Can I exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, Darddi Collections will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.

For hygiene reasons, some items are not exchangeable. Restrictions:
  • You have 10 days to exchange an item.

  • Sale Purchases are not exchangeable.

  • We do not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered.

  • Exchanges are only for the same style and color.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges. Can only be processed as a return & refund.

  • Exchanges shipping charges are non-refundable. 

I just placed my order, can I cancel it?

Once the order has been made we are not able to change orders. However you can contact our costumer service team by email: contact@darddicollection.com and we will try our best to assist you.
