Orders take within 1-2 days to be processed, you will then receive a confirmation email for your order. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed within the next business day.  

Once Orders have been placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made.

Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location and shipping
method.

Darddi Collection shipping times are indicative from date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Please be aware that International orders may include import duties and taxes, these are
payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your
destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more
information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.

Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days and the damaged
package must be delivered to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your
behalf.
